Non-destructive Test
KARÇEL A.Ş. has an closed area of approximately 36.000 m2 and an open area of 30000 m2. Our steel structure factory has been equipped with modern stands (benches) such as CNC, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic. Karçel A.Ş. is one of the biggest steel construction factories at its own field in Turkey today.
Our factory which has experienced technical staff, skilled workers and sufficient equipment, has currently the qualities to manufacture the steel construction materials at each kinds and character..
Karçel A.ş. had realized the large investments (industrial plants, buildings, railway and road bridges, railway wagons, cement factories, port and shipyard cranes, etc..) in different places of our country. A serious quality control process in steel construction materials is realized and the materials are manufactured. Karçel A.Ş. has a capacity of approximately two thousand tons in a month by working 3 shifts/day.
In addition, our factory can also use the national rail network in the shipment of the materials.

Our aim as Karçel A.Ş. is to be an establishment which is preferred at steel construction sector and to satisfy our customers continuously with our products high in quality produced according to our quality management system and with our delivery performance, our approaching to customers.

QUALITY CONTROL
Measurement Control and Non-Destructive Testing process are performed by the Quality Management Department.
Products can not be delivered without measure control report.
Non-destructive testing group has been trained and certified in accordance with EN-473 standards.
Non-destructive testing group has the devices in quality to be performed the non-destructive testing processes
