He was born in Istanbul in 1967. He graduated from Bakırköy Commerce High School, Department of Accounting in 1985. He completed his undergraduate education by graduating from Selçuk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1991.
He took an active role as a founding board member of TÜMSİAD in 2005, R&D Committee Chairman and Board Member between 2005-2009, and a founding delegation member of TÜMSİAD EUROPE representatives in 2008.
He was abroad as a commercial entrepreneur in 2021-2022.
He has more than forty years of experience as an employer and senior manager in the metal industry, the last 22 of which are in structural steel. He has been involved in many industrial buildings, hotels, shopping malls, multi-storey buildings, foundry continuous system manufacturing and installation, restoration, renovation and platform projects.
Süleyman Boyar, who has been working as General Manager in our company since May 2024, is married and the father of 3 children.
