KARÇEL A.Ş., one of the industry's leading firms, has been contracted to carry out the steel fabrication and assembly works for the Polypropylene Production Facility to be established by Rönesans Holding in the Ceyhan district of Adana. This major investment is one of the largest private-sector industrial projects in Turkey. Of strategic importance to our country, the plant will be realized through the partnership between Rönesans Holding and Sonatrach. This project represents the largest contract in tonnage ever awarded to KARÇEL A.Ş. in the petrochemical sector. The visionary approach of KARÇEL’s Board of Directors and the dedicated effort of all team members played a decisive role in securing this critically important contract.
Known as the “Factory that Builds Factories,” KARÇEL A.Ş. strengthens its leading position in the sector through its completed projects. The company continues to invest in high value-added sectors with a focus on technological innovation and continues to pursue engineering-intensive projects in line with the strategic goals set by its board. The newly acquired Polypropylene Production Facility project highlights this vision.
Situated on approximately 50 hectares within the Ceyhan Specialized Energy Industrial Zone, the facility will involve about 9,000 tons of steel fabrication and assembly work carried out by KARÇEL A.Ş. With this large-scale project added to its portfolio, the company will further consolidate its strong industry position and take a significant step toward its long-term objectives.
In a statement from KARÇEL representatives: “This success is not only a commercial gain; it is also a proud outcome that once again demonstrates Karçel’s reliability, engineering strength, and corporate solidarity. We thank all our team members who contributed and see this important step as a harbinger of even greater goals.”
